DOMESTIC ALTERCATION - 100 BLOCK OF N. HIGHLAND AVE
1/6/2013 - 12:10:00 PM

1/6/13 @ 12:10 - WYBPD radio dispatched to respond to the 100 block of N. Highland Avenue for a domestic altercation in progress.   A B/F was to be chasing a B/M down the sidewalk and throwing grocery items at him.

1/6/13 @ 12:11 P.M. - WYBPD arrived on scene and met with the male half of this altercation.  He reported that his live-in paramour, later identified as Julie GENTRY, 22 Y.O.A. B/F, also residing in the 100 block of N. Highland Avenue, was previously engaged in a domestic argument that escalated to GENTRY knocking over video game systems and a TV set within the apartment.   The male attempted to leave and separate himself from this situation, however GENTRY did pursue him outside and onto the sidewalk.   During the ensuing foot chase, GENTRY thew and punted numerous grocery items including a gallon of milk at him.   He was able to take evasive maneuvers that were successful in his avoidance of several edible and drinkable projectiles.  GENTRY then returned to the apartment, retrieved their toddler son, placing him in a jogging stroller, then left the scene.

Further investigation revealed an outstanding arrest warrant issued for Julie GENTRY, however she was not located.   A charge was filed against GENTRY for Scattering Rubbish as she failed to clean up the grocery items and milk containers that were she discarded onto the public sidewalk.

Future WYBPD patrols will also be made aware of this situation and GENTRY's outstanding warrant.
