WELFARE CHECK - 1200 BLOCK OF W. KING ST.

1/6/13 @ 10:17 A.M. - WYBPD received a radio call to respond to an apartment located within the 1200 block of W. King St., for a request to check the welfare of one female adult and one male juvenile, both being tenants.   The complainant, who was calling from the state of Florida, reported that he had not spoken with either subject, relaying his concerns for the welfare of each and their medical issues.  Complainant further stated that both subjects had an history of narcotic abuse, specifically the female was known to abuse crack cocaine and the male juvenile frequently utilized marijuana.
 
@ 10:32 A.M. - WYBPD patrolman responded to the apartment and was able to make contact with both occupants who stated they were fine.   They also informed the patrolman of no desire to speak with the complainant and advised that he is also a wanted subject for violating terms of his probation when he formerly resided in York County.   WYBPD was well aware of this situation from many previous law enforcement actions.
